Xbox’s We Happy Few scores big at E3 in terms of new Internet searches

Facebook said that Sony won the attention war among Facebook users at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), the big game trade show in Los Angels. But another tracking company, ListenFirst, says that Microsoft's Xbox event won the most attention, as did the small indie game We Happy Few, when it comes to new Internet searches.

This game came out nowhere and is amazing.

Reminds me of BioShock meets A Brave New World.

I youtubed it and found some early game footage and it has changed a lot for the good.

Day one buy for me.

Interesting so they both won something , how am i wrong when thats what it says or am i missing something ?

Pongwater2890d ago (Edited 2890d ago )

Only reason I can think you'd get disagrees is that there are indications the game will end up on PS4.

I didn't disagree by the way

Kiwi662890d ago

I wasn't talking about the game though , i was referring to the sony and ms bit so i guess those who did disagree didn't read that part in the header

Masterchief_thegoat2891d ago

Imagine ms had game first mentality rather focusing on Kinect and tv center bs Xbox will be in much better position. But at least they going back being a game console

TheBeguiler2891d ago

Been following this game since inception, so awesome to hear the popularity is growing.

no_more_heroes2891d ago

I've known about it since it was first announced. One of the most unsettling games I've seen recently.

Calling Ubisoft a leader in open world gaming at any point in time would be like calling Dollar General a leader in retail.

excaliburps2h ago

Well, to be fair, they did pump out good open world games before. It was used as a template so much that people now know what it means when you say it's like an Ubi open world collectahon.

shinoff21836m ago

What though? I can't think of one game they had where I liked anything about it. Atleast since the ps3/360 Gen

isarai13h ago

You were never the leader bro 🤣

shinoff218311h ago(Edited 10h ago)

I don't think they were ever the leader tbh. I've never really cared for any of their open world games. I do wanna try watch dogs 2 because it looks like it's set in San Fran. Looked interesting

Name someone that isn't trying to look us these days maybe cdpr.

Take two, ubi and yes even PlayStation are pushing us to own nothing and be happy with our live service ad injected games on a sub so they can raise prices at will and take access away when they see fit.

If it keeps up I'll be a full time retro gamer and this industry will be crashing hard

As rediculas as it sounds we need government reforms to defend consumer rights
