From Vampires to Mavericks to Blinky, Inky, Pinky and Clyde. Sony's PSP had a vast library of titles targeted towards retro gamers. Here, I take a look at ten fantastic remakes of classic games. Keep in mind that in order to be applicable for this list, the original games must have been released during the 16-bit era or earlier. Anyway, let's start this look back at some of the best retro remakes ever produced for portable play.

Two problems that emerge when a steady stream of blockbusters are released on a system is is that some of the very good RPGs are crowded out and some games are less great in the eyes of players who experienced the best games on the system.

That's a good list, I would add Koudelka, such a great Horror Jrpg and the precursor to the shadow hearts games
Agreed. I'd love another Matsuno directed Square-Enix game especially if it took place in Ivalice.
If they made a Parasite Eve set in NYC that was kinda open world-ish, I'd play every second of it
They need to stop waisting money on their yearly bombs(quiet man, left alive,balan wonderland) and just remake the first Parasite Eve. Just use the FF7R gameplay(pretty much the next generation PE combat if you think about it) and engine and you're good to go.

First I would like to have the originals easily available again. Than the remakes, that way it's assured that the classic version is still "gettable" in case de remake sucks or take unwanted liberties.
I own and have played almost every game on this list. All outstanding choices!
