Hatsune Miku: Project Diva developer Dingo and Kadokawa Games are turning the Love Live! series into a rhythm game. Well, technically three games.
VGChartz's Adam Cartwright: "Despite its somewhat anaemic lineup of backwards-compatible titles (unusual in light of the genre’s strong pedigree on Sony consoles), Vita’s selection of rhythm games is highly impressive in the modern market with genre favourites like DJMax, Hatsune Miku and Taiko no Tatsujin all present and plenty of quirky oddities like Deemo, Love Live & Persona thrown in for good measure. You’re definitely going to need to try your hand at importing to get the most of the genre here, but that shouldn’t be an issue thanks to region-free hardware and easy-to-grasp gameplay."
RN24: Even among otaku, those with a fondness for anime/game series Love Live! are known for being particularly obsessive. As a matter of fact, it wouldn’t be much of an exaggeration to say that the Love Livers, as the franchise’s fans are known, worship the central characters.
And if that’s the case, one arcade figured, why not give fans a place where they can kneel down and make offerings to their fictional idols?
I think it's all in good fun....kind of a play on the fact that some fans idolize certain characters so much so they poke fun at it a bit....kind of like playing along with it.
Man if I saw that cake lying by that anime poster I would pick it up and eat it walking away... ..what a waste
Chances are that the silly nature of it is exactly why it exists just like those paintings of amazing bodies with a hole for your face to look like it's your body. Or japan just has a lot of really lonely horney people
