Delisted Xbox Live Arcade games to remain downloadable

The decision by Microsoft to delist some of the less popular or successful games from the Xbox Live Arcade has been criticised by many who feel there is no need for this, that the Xbox marketplace is working fine without the need for this interference.

"Instead, even after a game has been delisted, it will still be available for download by people who have already purchased the game..."

Good news. That fixes my biggest concern.

Although its a bit of a shame, people who buy a 360 after games have been taken down might just miss out on something that they like.
Oh well, there will always be more to come I guess.

that is good news. its good to see MS listening to its fan base.

There...now anti-xbox 360 that do not even on a 360 can shut up about this... wasn't this obvious? it only makes sense that those that already pay can still re-download.

It's obvious Microsoft has to allow people who purchased the game to re-download it etc.. since they are OBLIGATED to do so. That isn't the concern. The problem most people have with it is 1. There is no reason to remove the game. 2. Removing the game, means other players won't have access to the game. 3. If other people don't have access to the game, you can't compete with a friend etc.. 4. The game well become obsolete as there well be NO SUPPORT for it.
