I don't usually read reviews but when I do. I ignore them.

Gazondaily3729d ago

Lmao! I'm only going to take the most important review seriously and that's mine.

GarrusVakarian3729d ago (Edited 3729d ago )

Well said man!

The only score i care about is fun/10, lol. Can't wait to play this tomorrow. Review scores, high or low, mean nothing to me, ive seen the game...i know im going to love it.

Forget the rest.

Neonridr3729d ago

@Lukas - well come on now. If this game got 5's out of 10 across the board I am sure your own personal enthusiasm would have taken a little hit.

I agree that reviews are very subjective and the only person who can tell you how good a game is is yourself.

That being said, the game looks to be getting about an 8/10 average, which is great. And I am looking forward to giving this game a go when I get it tomorrow (*fingers crossed on the mail system).

uhh 7.5/10 is a GOOD score.

That means you should try this game out, because it could end up being your favorite game.

7.5/10 also means that there will be a few things within the game that might not appeal to everyone or might not have worked the way the Dev's intended but still a High Quality game.

Do people not realize how many 4/10, 5/10, 6/10 games we all played during the NES/SNES/Sega/N64/PS1 days ?

There were more than you remember and we all had tons of fun with them.

Just because a team is 75/100, doesn't mean you can't win the Championship with them.

Ron_Danger3729d ago

Yeah, those high 8's and mid 9's are so disappointing. Oh wait... Never mind... You're just a troll... One that I and others called out yesterday.

Right here:
http://m.n4g.com/news/14780...

It's really sad when someone trolls one day, and thinks people will forget 24 hours later.

Brim3729d ago

are u disappointed because of the reviews or because you've been playing it and it's not what they say it is??.. if the first reason then I'm sure they're other reviews much higher then this review if the second reason then .. oh

sincitysir13729d ago

Please dont do yourself a diservice by not playing it. Rent it if you have too but its such a satisfying experience. Not perfect but still amazing

Reviewers let Titanfall slide without introducing new game play mechanics or a decent story. And yet...they'll knock points off inFamous for not revolutionizing the industry? Screw that.

Neonridr3729d ago

ummm when was the last time you played a FPS that introduced oversized mechs into the mix? Pretty sure that is a very new game mechanic. Just saying though.

rdgneoz33729d ago (Edited 3729d ago )

And don't forget dumber than a doorknob AI, frame-rate dips, and barely over 720p with only 6v6.

@Neonridr There are tons of Mech FPS games. As for player vs mech, StarHawk (TPS) had summonable mechs that you could transform to fly as well. And it had 32 player battles on the PS3. Lost Planet also had pilot-able mechs as well.

Death3729d ago

The "dumber than a door knob AI" is used to decrease your Titanfall wait among other things. If you are basing Titanfall off the AI, chances are it's still smarter than you.

Funky Town_TX3729d ago

Get the game if you want it. If this game gets a 0/10 I will still buy it.

king_of_N4G3729d ago

Yes, because being able to parkour, jetpack, and ride huge mechs is totally NOT a new gameplay mechanic...

100%, locked 60fps and still look great all these years later, same with the expansion, definitely worth a look if people haven't played it yet, not the best games ever made but a good experience, hopefully a new infamous gets released

KwietStorm_BLM143d ago

Never was my favorite infamous, but it was definitely a graphics showcase early on PS4. Still plays well with the unlocked frame rate.

SDuck143d ago

Still remember getting hyped about this game nearing release. Funny because I never even got a PS4. Jumped from PS3 to PC so I never played it ahahaha

OmegaSoldati143d ago

Its a good game. But thats it. Congratulations you made the best choice. I dream to have a great PC one day.

Profchaos143d ago (Edited 143d ago )

Graphically It's a absolutely stunning game that still holds up today.

Didn't have all that much depth to it forcing you to play though twice for a platinum trophy a good and bad run it was a little disappointing how similar those were Delsin would be like I'm not doing that for you in a cutscene but the cutscene would play out and force you to do it anyway just as you would of in a good run

I did like the story however it got a lot of complaints back in the day people hated playing as Delsin instead of cole despite Coles story being wrapped up.

Overall though the map wasn't overly saturated with useless points of interest there was some collectibles and things to find but nothing compared to a Ubisoft game.

I think it was a good game if a little hollow I've played it through around 4 times now since it's so short.

Also it's DLC was great a full story expansion

I've played 15, and I wouldn't consider any of those underrated TBH. Some of them are pretty high rated.

banger88175d ago

That's amazing, Gamingbolt actually put all 15 games on the same page.

shinoff2183174d ago

I. Not seeing anything on that list underrated. I never played concrete genie, the ASTRO vr,and one other but I forgot the name already. Nothing on there was underrated at all imo.

persona4chie173d ago

There’s only 4 of those games I never played, and no most of those aren’t underrated.
