Lilly Looking Through, Geeta Games's new point-and-click adventure for PC, Mac and Linux, flows like water over river rocks, and stands apart as a welcome sanctuary from the usual ultra-violent action and slapstick comedy.

In Lilly Looking Through there is no dialogue, no inventory meaning each puzzle must be solved what is before your eyes. "
On a particularly cool and misty summer night, Lilly is visited by an enchanted red scarf that sends her on an incredible adventure as she seeks to rescue her little brother Row. Soon into her quest, Lilly discovers a special pair of goggles that allow her to solve many navigational challenges by rewriting the past and changing the present. Step into a world filled with magic, puzzles, and marvelous machines that celebrate a sense of wonder as you help Lilly save her brother and discover the ultimate mystery.
For a first-time effort from a relatively young indie studio, Lilly Looking Through is admirable. It’s a lovely way to spend a couple of relaxed hours – give or take – that approaches greatness but sadly falls short at the final hurdle. Further adventures would no doubt be welcomed with open arms by the adventure gaming community. Here’s hoping that Geeta Games isn’t finished with Lilly just yet.
