Hey, folks. I'm David "Point Man" Brothers and I'm the man on the SOCOM.com blog. I'm going to be handling our Weekly Wrap-ups on this side of town for those of you who don't regularly read SOCOM.com.
It was a busy week over on SOCOM.com. Here's what was posted from Friday to Thursday:
With over 5144 games on the PS3, it is easy to miss out on some great games. Here are some of the best unknown games on the PS3.
I remember Stranglehold! One of the first DLC packs of its time. A bit expensive, but cheap by today’s standards.
Another PS3 hidden gems list, and yet again Time Crisis 4 and Time Crisis Razin' Storm get snubbed. Such fun games, that shouldn't be forgotten. If only we got a home port of Time Crisis 5: Mastermind Edition.
WET is something I wish they'd remake, they had so many great ideas but not all of them were executed properly
It had a lot of potential
Also Wanted Weapons of Fate is another game that had some new fun gameplay ideas.
While some video games overwhelm you with sheer scale, titles like Asura's Wrath and Doom Eternal make you the boss player right upfront.
Wolfenstein: The New Order turns ten years old today, so we decided to play it again and discovered just how much of an extinct kind of game it is.
It's an outstanding game and so was The Old Blood. Also a lost era of gaming. Interesting, I received a physical copy of The Old Blood 9 years ago today from Poland. It was digital only in North America initially upon release so I had to import.
I hate to say it, but COD4 will be put on the shelf when the new SOCOM comes out
