As good as the current-gen games line-up for the rest of the year, it’s hard to resist the allure of shiny new next-gen hardware and the fantastic new games they promise. We had the opportunity to see many of these games in action at E3, so below is our list of the ten best next-gen games that are arriving at the launch of the Xbox One or PS4 later this year or within the first half of 2014.
And these aren’t cross-gen ports either - well, one is (Destiny), but its well and truly at home on next-gen. Each of the games below is designed specifically with next-gen consoles and PCs in mind.

Despite that these fully next gen game are what i'm looking forward to. Especially first party games that you know have had access to the hardware for a long time.
All of these games look awe-inspiring. The only massive omission here is Metal Gear Solid V, which is looking very next-gen, despite also releasing on PS3 and 360. I'm sure the definitive version will be PS4 and Xbox One.
What most people dont realize is that the only good effects that that make games look good for these first "next-gen" titles is that the resolution of textures are getting better, more memory for better animations, and the lighting is better. Game(realtime) graphics has always been behind Animated(Prerendered) graphics by about 7 years or so. So when developers find ways to make prerendered stuff like Star Trek able to be rendered in realtime, you will find games with extremely awesome looking graphics. Its just a matter of waiting for someone to optimize it so the hardware can handle those types of calculations on the fly...
I guess Knack didn't make it to the list.
