Sword Art Online: Infinity Moment from Namco Bandai has an original storyline that takes place close to the end of the Aincrad. The floating castle has 100 floors and the PSP game starts at floor 75. Reki Kawahara, the author of the light novel that inspired the anime series, supervised Sword Art Online: Infinity Moment’s story. This clip shows some of event scenes and a bit of gameplay.
Sword Art Online: Infinity Moment has reportedly shipped over 200,000 units since its release.
Kotaku: "It is at this moment that the new PSP game, Sword Art Online: Infinity Moment begins. At first, the events of the battle play out exactly the same as in the anime. And then, shockingly, the scene takes a drastic turn from the story we know."

Nice read. I didn't realize Famitsu's scores, if a game is released in japan first, skewed scores across the globe. Interesting.
