Siliconera: Sega announced Shining Ark will be available on February 28, 2013 and they put together a sizable incentive to pre-order.
Sega seems to have crossovers everywhere and other RPG series are finding their way into Phantasy Star Online 2.
Anyone see anything in that vid about an English release?...no? Ok, thought it was just me, i just wasted my time here then...*RAGES then leaves*
