Project [M] to be revealed Thursday 31st

The countdown on the official Project [M] website will end on July 31st. Project [M], NCsoft's latest project, will therefore be officially revealed this thursday.

I came here to say that this is the unannounced PS3 game from NCsoft, its probably an RPG or an MMO.

NCSoft hired Hyung-Tae Kim to work as a design team leader for a game called "Project M"

...and according to wiki about Hyung-Tae Kim, it is MMORPG.

NCSoft pledges Sony support, exclusive PS3 online games

"During Sony's E3 2007 keynote, President and CEO Jack Tretton announced a new partnership with developer NCSoft, creators of online titles like Lineage, Guild Wars, and City of Heroes. As part of the partnership, NCSoft will begin developing exclusive online titles for the Playstation 3 and its Playstation Network.

This exclusivity can apply to both new and current IPs, although no specific games were mentioned. "Only the Playstation Network can support the types of games that NCSoft has become famous for" says Tretton."

I personally found Guild War to be on par with WOW, and City of Hero/Villain is pretty badass

30 different class’s (student, police officer, solider, teacher, bum even... etc, etc) All will have their own stats and abilities. We were told the bum would have a high level of city navigation, ingenuity & survival skills, for instance.

GTA-like navigation thru the city. Vehicles handle somewhat similar.

Nearly 400 zombies on screen at any given time without hindrance to the engine.

15 modes of play -- Rescue, free for all, running man, Us vs Them, and a host of others

152 mission objectives w/ more available thru PSN

20 teams of 10 in 1 server at any given time

Multiple team allegiance/back stabbing

1 city - 25 maps

Pets -- we weren’t told what this feature would be but we expect it to be animals you can train/gain loyalty with and then have them attack/fetch or something for you. Maybe??

Well technically speaking, NCSoft is NOT a 3rd party exclusive for Sony. They can also make PC games still.
