Overlord to PS3

Overlord is comming to the PS3. The dutch gamestudio Triumph Studios sold almost 1.000.000 copies on the Xbox 360 and PC.

Another XBOX 360 exclusive that is lost. Developers are quickly realizing that all of their hopes and dreams can be fully maximized on PLAYSTATION® 3. Overlord will surely see a much improved port due to the internal hardware muscle of PLAYSTATION® 3.

Awesome news. Overlord is a truly great game that sadly many people missed it when it was released. Now all gamers across PC, 360 and PS3 can enjoy this funny and dark little gem.

it would be better if it was in 2007 .. in 2008 PS3 will have many good games(and some MEGA hit!) ...

so they must sell this game with more content and 40$ price.. may be someone buy it :P

BTW i played this game alittle on PC .. and it was really FUNNY lol ..I destroyed everythin I saw (I could be more friendly with rural people but I like to be evil with those little freak slaves :D )

Was very cool on the 360, but had to trade it in due to cash flow issues (Too many must-have games too quickly at the end of last year). Might be worth a rebuy if they add some extra content.

Well first of all, you can't buy something that is free, it's like saying "I stole free samples.."

Anyway, Overlord was a good game to experience, the graphics were top notch and the story wasn't half bad, but having an army was definitely new, while still having direct control of your protagonist. I originally played this on PC with full gfx, I guarantee most of you won't be disappointed unless it is a bad port.

including a lot of huge exclusives but i'm going to reserve time for this game. it may sound wierd, but, this is the one 360 game i've wanted. and, boy, this is good news for me. i just hope it launches between the really big games coming out.(or it will have to wait)

Sure the game's not hot but still MS shouldn't be losing all these exclusives with it's 3rd year on the market and install base.

Developers are seeing a shift in momentum for the PS3 and it'll be getting most games that were thought to be 360 exclusive.

Games like Bioshock, Mass Effect etc are virtual locks for going to the PS3 - book it!

Decent game and all but i cant imagine shelling out top whack for it when i can get it on the 360 for a tenner,to draw in new customers it needs to go budget on release. And to everyone who is getting a bit giddy about the ps3, just be careful how much you boast, microsoft have much deeper pockets than sony and there is nothing worse than egg on your face

I love this game. PS3 owners should definately give it a try. I hope they release a demo of it on PSN.

been a good adition early last year when not as much games but now I dont think many ppl will find the money/time for it with all the crzy games coming out starting next month. I hope Haze does not dissapoint its suppose to tie me over until killzone comes out.

This thing was so much fun on PC, I always thought if it came on PS3 I wouldn't have to sit up straight in front of my PC now I can kick back relax and have some fun

Blue Dragon (DS), Mass effect, Gears of War, Lost Planet, Viva Pinata, Rare making games for DS, Overlord, Vampire Rain, DMC4 selling more on PS3 despite multiplat and higher installbase, Assassin's Creed (360 exclusive 1st), Wardevil (canceled for 360), countless many more, Bioware/Bungie/Bizarre jumping exclusive ship.

Most 360 games are PC/360 anyway, even the best (Orange Box, Bioshock) - one of which is on PS3, the other which is coming.

Next up, SC conviction, Left 4 Dead

Also, too little too late. We've seen Europe and Japan can turn the software sales tide in PS3's massive favour with Burnout Paradise and DMC4, so goodbye 360's only advantage. Overlord should have come out on PS3 when everyone cared, now it'll get buried in PS3 exclusives and 360 lost exclusives on PS3.
