Nintendo continues to be in tight spot due to losing key 3rd party support daily.It's going to be hard for Nintendo to a launch a new console in the future without any support.The first party games offer quality but those aren't going to come out every month and lack of 3rd party will create drought on the machine.
Nintendo does need 3rd party support if they plan on selling home consoles.

I only support the remaster route for games/collections that make sense..Tomb Raider/Sleeping Dogs and others aren't worth the asking price of 50-60 dollars in my opinion.
