More than likely FFXVI cost 100 million or more to make, then giving 30% of the sales to Sony means they made a very small profit if it only sold 3 million copies.
Exactly. Folks downvoting probably can't afford to buy one.
Justified for me. A day one purchase.
Hellblade 2 output resolution on the Series S is no higher than 643p which is lower than 720p. The clarity must be blurry, for a game that's mostly walking the resolution should be much higher including the fps especially on the Series X.
The game is mostly walking around while hearing voices, then puzzles then battle sequences then a talking sequence then repeat.
Agreed.
I've tried the game on XBSX, the graphics are fine but not at all groundbreaking or jaw dropping. I've said this numerous times that the game does not even run at 4k/60fps. The resolution is only 963p/1070p & most of the game is just walking, why it's not running at 4k/60fps on the so-called superior console is bewildering.
Why would anybody be salty over a boring game that is mostly walking, that looks bland & drab when it comes to colors & for a game that is mostly walking it cannot run at 4k/60fps on the XBSX. Who would anyone be salty at that BS. LMFAO!!!
@MyDrip The pot calling the kettle black. You're clearly an XB fangirl. Praising a boring game that looks drab & bland when it comes to colors nor can the game that is mostly just walking can't even run at 4k/60fps on the XBSX...lol! That's pitiful & pathetic.
This person "MyDrip" is more likely the person you say it really is. One thing that stands out in "MyDrip" reply to you is that they always start their replies with what you wrote in your initial comment. They love to repeat what you wrote, again it's probably exactly who you say it is.
Imo Stellar Blade looks way better than the bland & drab Hellblade 2 & the gameplay in Stellar Blade is top notch, immensely fun than Hellblade 2. Hellblade 2 can't even do 4k/60fps on the XBSX...lol! Horizon Forbidden West graphics look way better than Hellblade 2 as well.
Hellblade 2 graphics look fine but I was not blown away & I definitely was not blown away with the resolution running on the XBSX. On the other hand I think Stellar Blade is a gorgeous game & the design & detailing of the bosses in the game look great as well.
Developers that want to make money need to stop putting their games on sub services unless they have no faith that their game is going to sell.
Bigoted much?
I just beat the game & it does remind me of Ghost Of Tsushima. It has some Ghost Of Tsushima influences, though Rise OF The Ronin is its own game.
Can't wait to see what ND is bringing.
I know you love VR & I'm not trying to be shady but it seems lately like VR is just not taking off especially with PSVR2. I have not seen any current adverts for any first party or 3rd party videogames for the PSVR2. Is Sony including any big developers making any AAA games for PSVR2?
It's possible Fable won't do all that either especially when the last one was over a decade ago, more than likely folks are over it but then again a new game finally releasing on XB people may flock to it.. The only folks that'll buy it are diehards of Fable that are still waiting for the next installment such as yourself. XB will eventually have Indiana Jones which is an action adventure game but that's been done as well (Uncharted & Tomb Raider says hello) except the gam...
Yesterday I picked up SS as well, paid nothing for it with a trade in at Gamestop. I'm playing Reload & Rebirth as well but I put them on hold because I can't stop playing Stellar Blade...lol! I'm eventually going to boot up SS soon & see what it's giving.
The gameplay & the story in FFXVI was awesome.
