A Helldivers 2 player has shared a concept for an underground nuke carry mission and it definitely needs to get put in the game.

So yes I think this was basically revealed yesterday. So apparently (and mind you HD lore is really quite dark) they have Illuminate blood stored from the first war that will be used as a super weapon to destroy an entire planet. The bug blood, BTW, is also used by Super Earth to power FTL travel.
Can't wait to experience the last stand of the super bug colony. And then face the Illuminate.
