For obvious looking reasons, it seems that BigN is going to be The Conduit's Publisher.
1) High Voltage still hasn't released the publisher's name....
2) WiiSpeak seems to have been approved for a while before E3 since HV jumped at it @ E3 while both Wii motion plus and WiiSpeak were announced at the same time.
3)Wii Friend codes are most probably going to stay, coming from the horse's mouth.
4) No DLC... since Nintendo hasn't come out with a storage solution and The Conduit's release is pretty soon.
5) Nintendo needs this game, first to appease the hardcore gamers and to increase their library, and also the xbox price drop might actually put a small dent on their plans...
I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo release a price reduced black Wii, including a Counduit and Wiispeak bundle.... that would be sweet....huh?
TechRaptor writes "Illfonic returns to the asymmetrical multiplayer fray, in collaboration with Teravision Games, with Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game. But is it a laugh riot competing alongside Dead by Daylight, or an unfunny pain? Read our review to find out more."
Wow, this game is doing better than hellblade 2. It's currently at a 90 at metacritic and a 9.2 on open critic.
Poor Xbox owners. I wonder how many of them jumped off a building since hellblade 2 failed launch?
“I had a lovely time with My Little Pony: A Zephyr Heights Mystery and it certainly exceeded my expectations so no matter who you are, you're bound to find a lot of smiles and cheer in this delightful 3D platformer.” - A.J. Maciejewski from Video Chums.
Review - Goons: Legends & Mayhem is plagued by many issues, but its weakest element happens to be the central theme.
nintendo really need games of higher quality than what 3rd party developers present. as I can remember the last good game on wii -other than 1st party games- is no more heroes & recently de blob.
The Conduit is looking really good, I hope that nintendo will do something.
update: WM+ has been added to The Conduit...
HVS got those development kits pretty quick...:)
point 4 is flawed, doesn't GH or RB have DLC even for wii?
"Nintendo needs this game, first to appease the hardcore gamers and to increase their library"
increasing their library is already happening.
Now that the big N has given a storage solution maybe there will be DLC. Only sucky thing will be friend codes though. If Nintendo is the Publisher than maybe Mr.Ford could appear as a assit trophy or playable character in the new SSB!
I can only see Nintendo being the eventual publisher, tbh it's been looking likely for a while as I thought if the Conduit looked promising it would be pretty unwise of Ninty not to support a dev that decided to build for Wii alone from the ground up. Lets be straight here-The Conduit is starting to look the most likely candidate to become the game that finally nails what we all expected when we first saw the motion controls all that time ago-and that's a truly great FPS with(hopefully) online performance to match.
IDK about the bundle idea. this hasn't seemed a Nintendo tactic of late and is the Conduit well known enough outside this type of circle to yet be a great console shifting game? I hope it becomes a franchise capable of doing that but , for me, it's still waay too early. Does look really good though.
