So it’s being dismissed because disputes are supposed to be handled via arbitration and not lawsuits. I never read any agreements but they are really there to cover a company’s ass

Worst controller I've ever had the displeasure of using. Sticks are arse, and they can't connect past sitting 2 feet away from the switch itself. On top of that they are 80 dollars. The replacement sticks from Amazon have lasted me longer than what Nintendo uses.

Those are some great games. Icewind Dale I & II are underrated.

Great remake... it had been so long since I played the GC original that I completely did not notice a difference in fps. This feels very natural as it is and looks great doing it.
