its actually going to come out? Wow, well go get it 360 gamers, its fantastic. That said, this is a rather poor preview. Just a vague opinion from some noob sounding console gamer. Wicher 2 isnt hard...

Iv heard different from many people

it isnt now. Unfortunately, they patched it and made it a lot easier. It was demon souls hard when it first came out but due to complaints it was tweaked. I died in the prologue at least 10 times on normal, now for my third playthrough I have to play in dark mode to get a challenge out of it. However, it is still challenging on normal difficulty and if you go in playing like a noob expecting to hack and slash everything you see then you will see that game over screen a lot.

it was only demons souls hard for about an hour tops, then it was easy even before. Demons Souls wasnt even that hard really, just punishing if you died.

CDPR say Witcher 4 will be different from Witcher 3: "We don't want to be stuck in the same spot"

Each of the 3 existing Witcher games is pretty different from each other..

My only issue with 3 was with the combat

bRuud831h ago

Combat was never the strongest part of the series.

I felt 3 was ok took a long for it to click but I tried 2 and I found combat controls to be my biggest barrier to actually enjoying it was about 50 times clunkier than 3

helicoptergirl13h ago

Bethesda seems like a studio that is "stuck in the same spot". Development wise. Glad CDPR are wary of that element in game design.

This can either go very well or very badly. I hope the latter.
