The Entertainment Software Rating Board has listed a Playstation 3 version of the 2001 survivor-horror title from Infogrames, Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare.
PlayStation reveals January's Plus Extra and Premium games lineup, including a fleeting mention of "Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare" on social media and YouTube.
PlayStation associated accounts have possibly leaked a classic PS1 horror game for PS Plus Premium in the future.
I really want Vagrant Story.
I know that’s a Square game so they need to work with them to get it released but hopefully it happens someday , sooner than later would be nice.
Xenogears, Parasite Eve for my PS1 games for PS2 I would take the Xenosaga trilogy and the first two Ar Tonelicos
Vagrant Story, Parasite Eve, Dino Crisis, Clower Tower, Alone In The Dark, Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver, Evil Dead, Nightmare Creatures, Galerians, Fear Effect, Vampire Hunted D, Cold Blood, Overblood, Koudelka, G Police, Omega Boost, Croc, Mizzurna Falls and such would be great additions to PS Plus Premium classics.
I could go for some P.E. I never finished the game as a kid but I loved them. I was happy to see the lod added.

Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare is essentially diet Resident Evil. It’s not as creative, not as hard, tense, scary or even clever. It’s the game you play when you want something that even slightly resembles Resident Evil. An incredibly bland adventure that you’ll forget almost instantly.
That is weird.
If it is a PS one Classic, surely it would be for the PSP as well?
And why would SCEA be publishing it... they had nothing to do with the original release of the game on ps1 or ps2: surely it would be Atari?
I suppose it is a PS One Classic. Would be cool if it was a remake of sorts, maybe an HD rerelease of the PS2 version?
Never played any games in the series. Is Alone in the Dark: Inferno worth playing? I would pick this up as I'm always looking for a great horror game.
As long as its a budget disk based game you can count me in, I'm loving these classic remakes in HD just got the sly trilogy amazing grafix much recomended, roll on splinter cell trilogy
Never played the original trilogy but this one isnt bad at all! Its pretty scary like RE2.
