Theres nothing wrong with either of them here. The 360 version is just a little, LITTLE washed out compared to the PS3 version in most of the pictures, its nothing huge. Get it for whichever system you prefer, whats the big deal?

Honestly, they're both are identical.
It just all comes down to what controller do you prefer.
Do you want to play with Xbox360's controller d-pad or do you want to play on PS3's controller d-pad. And if your serious about playing fighting games such as MvC3, then I suggest you get an arcade stick then your set for any version, either ps3, xbox360, arcade, maybe even pc if Capcom releases it cause it's all the same.

wow i cant even believe how different they look. one has a PS logo at the bottom one has an xbox logo. devs really need to make them look more identical!

All in all, 99.9% identical with no difference to even bother.

Come to think of it, this is Capcom's best effort on PS3 so far.

I remember when LOT once commented that the 360's controller was better for playing FPS games. I wonder if they'll compare the impact of default controllers for this one?

Good point.
I'm wondering why comparisons articles don't talk about the sound differences. Visuals are only a part of the experience. For me sound is equally important. In some cases even more important.

Games like Dead Space would be meh without surround sound.

I picked up MvsC3 for both. Have sticks for both and want to be able to play with all my friends. Some have PS3, others 360.

This game sucks bad either way! I bought it last night and was hoping and hoping that it would win me over but this abomination of a mvc game is pure sh1t. i'm sticking with mvc2 and selling mvc3 on craigslist already. so disappointed. what dumbass at capcom decided to go with the light atk, med atk, heavy atk and special button scheme. There no real punch or kicks to throw it just depends on where your character is! F this game! rant over.

PS3 has 7 year olds too.

Only difference is that more people have a mic on Xbox since its bundles with it, while PS3 owners have to buy one, or own a blu-tooth.

But theres probably a higher adult to child ratio on PSN, because they'd have to buy one. On average, I would assume an adult would have it more convenient to buy a headset than a child.

Erm its a fighter so its about the pad as the game has basic online. So xbox live features won't be used so don't kid yourself.

i don't know about credibility, but when you have to compare a 2D fighting game (w/ 3D element in it), that is just sad. So what is the point of trying to compare them, for technical superiority?

From what I can tell the only difference is on one of the pics, the 360 has softer shadowing on the dude's hand.

What is funny to me though, is almost all the time LoT does these and the PS3 versions brightness is turned up to 150% and looks washed out. Not saying the 360 version is but, in this case it is quite brighter. Doesn't make it look any more vibrant, so if I got this on Xbox, I would turn the brightness down a hair.

The games look very close, the ps3 version is a little darker and the 360 version slightly brighter. The 360 version has better anti-aliasing on the shadows.

Preordered to my PS3 because thats my main console and I love DS3 controller for fighting games as for FPS games

But Bulletstorm Epic Edition preordered to my X360 because the difference was at stake when I played both demo at the same TV with HDMI and same settings with colors and so on.

I think that both versions look the same. In my honest opinion the PS3 version is the best because of the controller. Fighting games are horrible with the 360s DPAD.

controller shouldn't be an issue seeing as these are available for $30. and its no different than someone picking up a steering wheel for racing games. just be careful picking up the ps3 version, i hear the thing has problems with connectivity.

Both seem identical. only thing i can see is maybe 360 has AA while PS3 dosent, my PS3 version looks a little jaggy.
