I saw the gameplay footage a few months ago, I'm not sure if it was here or part of E3 but they developers were also giving commentary.

The Witcher 2 wasn't at PAX . . . anyway, the trailer itself is new, even if they used some old footage. I blame CDProjekt!! The more people that see it the better imo!!

It's the footage they used at e3. There was a 20 minute walk-through trailer with developer commentary . After I saw that I knew this was a must buy.

They already said they'll be working on a console version in the future, but it won't affect the PC development at all. The first one was suppose to hit consoles, but had got canned.

I don't have any problem being made only for PC but i seriously doubt this would breakeven for them. Am sure it would sell over a million copy on consoles

My guess is that they will sell 3 times the amount they sold originally.

They sold 1 million copies in the first 12 months. That's not bad. It cost them 11 million to make (including the 1 million they put into making the Enhanced Version, which they allowed owners of the original released version to download for free), so they profited from the game and stood by their product.

I think they will do just fine and if anything, they are a model for how developers should be.

I still haven't finished the first Witcher... I should probably get around to that before the sequel comes out. But if it's anything like the first, or better for that matter, then I will enjoy every minute of it.

Also more drunken conversations with my buddies in the game are a must!
