Netgame's popular MMORPG, Hero Online, is now available at mobiusgames the online games portal of Digital Media Exchange (dme). Fans can download the title at http://hero.mobiusgames.net and use ePoints to purchase from the online store.
Megan Myrick writes: "Hero and Monster Girl Quest 3d are technically two separate titles that have been combined into one campaign. For a project that’s been going on nearly three years, there doesn’t seem to be a lot of significant progress. Some of the past updates for Hero have talked about fine-tuning animation and lighting, but only a “Half-Demo” has been released."
I can understand life getting in the way of game development, but it doesn't take much to give backers a quick update.
