Great month for me! I don't really replay games anymore but Mass Effect has a special place in my heart as I have fond memories of playing the original on Xbox 360. I'm just sad that I won't get to see Miranda's arse as the original director intended.

BioMutant too. I love the music and vibe of this and I've been holding off and holding off.

I was gutted by the reception of Biomutant, as I'd been looking forward to it for years. Did it get patched up to any notable degree?

Mass Effect would be awesome. Been yelling my nephews to play that, too.

I don't know anything about Devine Knockout - any views?

.Biomutant recently received a next-gen patch

isarai554d ago

It's in a far better shape than at launch, especially with the next gen patch they recently released. I enjoy it a alot as someone who was watching it since announced and pre-ordered it like a year before it released

Biomutant has me interested as well. totally forgot about that one but nice it will be on Plus.

Is mass effect legendary the full trilogy or just the first game?

MrVux000554d ago

My brother never experienced Mass Effect games and now he will probably get to play them ... i am kind of jealous.

To experience these games like its first time playing again... i would pay extra for that.

Eonjay554d ago

@Darth

It's all three games and all DLC. So it's a lot of content.

I don't think biomutant is as bad as made out to be. Cool concept. I've played it for a few hours back when I'd jump between games. I've since stopped doing that and play 1 maybe 2 at a time

Mass Effect 3 ending aside, i simply cant forget the years of journey Mass Effect trilogy gave to me.

The hype i had when i first saw the trailers and demos.
The experience of playing these games myself and then discussing it in old Bioware forums.
The characters i fell in love with. Normandy pretty much felt like home for me cuz of all of this.

And this is why part of me hope Shepard and the crew will reunite in Mass Effect 4.

To add, yes this is indeed a good month, no complaints here.

Not bad for me still. I just got EA Play for Battlefield 2042 and Fallen Order(and others) a few days ago, and that has ME:LE and just traded in the physical version I had, but not bad to have it on PS+ in case I don't want to resubscribe to EA Play. It's one of those trilogies that will take someone like me over a year to complete, especially since I'll be playing on the hardest difficulty.

I'll try out Biomutant, looks interesting.

Miranda's arse is America's arse! Yup I am going to miss that too lol!!!

Sweet. I've been wanting to play Biomutant since launch.

deleted554d ago

Same here. From what I've seen, if you scale back your expectations from a AAA experience to more of a AA, then it is quite enjoyable. I'm especially happy to see it has been given a PS5 upgrade! Big score for me, as I was always on the fence about picking it up on sale. Something told me it was going to be a PS+ title sooner than later though, and my instincts proved correct!

lonewolf10554d ago

Mass Effect LE is great, Biomutant is pretty good, quite a month there.

FIELDMARSHALL_P554d ago

Nice month I wanted to try out biomutant UT the reviews held me off until I could clear up my backlog. Now it's going to be added to that long ass list I have.

Good for them, I miss games like this is, was rough at some points but by now I feel it must have got better. Maybe I'm just a sucker for fuzzy things like Ratchet and Clank, and the old Conker and Jak/Dax games. Don't know, just reminds me of those times.

Biomutant – Three Years Later

After launching three years ago in a relatively disappointing state, how does Experiment 101's open-world action title hold up?

I played it on the PS5 in 40fps mode and it was pretty decent. Looked great, gameplay was a little but clunky at time, and fairly repetitive, but there's a large map to explore, LOADS of things to do, and you're a gun-toting, kung-fu'ing racoon !!
Accept the game for what it is, and you'll have a good time like I did.

Can't speak for how it was at launch, but the game I played was a 7.5/10

anast18d ago

I would like to see this game get a sequel with all the lessons learnt from the rocky launch and with newer tech.

Demetrius18d ago

I finished this not too long ago, definitely one of my most favorites I was really in tune with it, I didn't silence the narrator cause it always felt like I was being told a story, lol just like real life I enjoy old people telling me stories every since I was a kid I've always enjoyed that, biomutant 2 would be so mf nice to happen, definitely going for a 2nd playthrough on ps5 this time around
