I will definitely buy this game day 1!!!

The character designs don’t look quite as interesting this time around though

DankSinatra834d ago (Edited 834d ago )

Honestly, I like these designs way more than 2. It’s more reminiscent of the first game. 2 was just way too cliche anime feel to the point that characters were revealing just to be revealing.

Maybe, but lets find out when it's released. Part 2 is my fave RPG on switch, and i think XC2 is much better than my recent RPG on PS5 which is Tales of Arise.

I completely disagree, the character design in the second game was a disaster in my opinion, liking them so much better here

jznrpg834d ago

Hopefully better than 2 although a good game nowhere as good as 1 imo .

Crap it's been 4 years since xc2 already lol

NotoriousWhiz833d ago

And I still need to finish xc2 lol.

Definitely the best announcement of the whole direct. Day 1 for me.

Cool. Maybe make sure we can buy XBC2 physically at some point soon? I was planning to play it, but I don't want to buy digitally & I'm not paying the inflated prices it is going for now because...I guess Nintendo stopped making copies? It isn't in stock, new, anywhere at MSRP. Can't see playing 3 before 2, so hopefully they get on that soon.

Ol_Boy834d ago

Wow you're right. I had no idea.

IanTH834d ago

Yeah, it's really strange. And the standalone copies for Golden Country are absolutely mental. Don't care so strongly about that, guessing that is a thing that ended up a limited print that collectors are overvaluing. But they should certainly at least still have XBC2 available. The fact it is still MSRP of $60 is kinda crazy to me, but the fact I can't even get it for that is crazier.

I'm having the very same problem with Fire Emblem Three Houses

IanTH833d ago (Edited 833d ago )

Are you outside the US by chance? A quick glance showed me FE:3H was in stock for $49.99 new at GameStop & Target.

monkey602833d ago

Yeah I'm I'm Ireland bud. Its not available here anywhere for some reason and going for stupid money in the UK

jznrpg833d ago

I bought 2 physical copies on accident I have an unopened one in my collection somewhere .
