Far Cry 6 Will Offer A Third-Person Mode Throughout The Game

This is just my personal experience: I don't know what's it's about but FC first person view on consoles just makes the game unplayable (for me personally) FC2-3 were really bad for me where it made me dizzy while FC4-5 improved(the driving in FC2 especially wasn't fun) I feel like the camera is too close and maybe that's why

I just don't like ubi games now because most of their games feel like copy and paste formula with a different title(but a 3rd person view could mean I can play this)

I’ve also had motion sickness with certain first person consoles games. This happens as consoles typically have a low field of view (often around 70) which is a common cause of motion sickness.

On pc I set FOV to 90+ which totally resolves the issue for me.

Options are great. I just hope there is an option to never go into 3rd person. Always being in the characters head was a defining part of the series for me and helped me become the character.

What I read that you basically can be third person in camps were you talk to people and cutscenes but apart from those you are locked in first person apart from rocketpack. So the title that you can play third person throughout is false.

That's nice, so next year Far Cy 7, then 8, 9 10 etc etc. Rinse repeat same old shit new coat of paint. How about a new Prince of Persia, new story, or Beyond Good and Evil 2 which is long over due for a release. Or how about something crazy like a new IP a whole new game. 🤣
