Yet countless other games have provided numerous updates. Your argument would only work if other games were affected but numerous others have been able to update. Plus numerous companies have told me while it does change some aspects of development it does not significantly change things for the most part.

Let them make the game and announce/market/release when its ready.

there is no entitlement. When a game is announced over a year ago and in some cases more it is not unreasonable to want updates.

Where the hell is Biomutant? It was delayed from 2019 to 2020. I'm assuming it's being delayed til 2021, but we haven't heard anything.
