The Nintendo Switch has a couple of fantastic shooters already, but if BioShock The Collection came to the console then it would beat all of them hands down.

At least until the next ported game collection. Every new FPS port on the platforms seems to be "the best shooter".
First of all, it isn't exactly a shooter.
Second, no FPS game is coming close to Doom.
Bioshock is the best FPS on any console, let alone Switch. Atmosphere, story, game mechanics, music... all masterful. Love those games, but the first is one of my all time favorites.
I don't know, there's a lot of competition for that title. The Bioshock series certainly earns marks for creativity though.
