With few attractive titles for the holiday shopping season and shipments on track to fall short of the company’s targets, doubts are growing whether Nintendo Co.’s Switch can ever become a mass-market product.
Parity Games' Island of Winds has recently been re-revealed, and is looking like a gorgeous new Icelandic themed adventure game.
Explore 5 horror games that promise unforgettable scares and sleepless nights. Perfect for thrill-seekers!
Very safe list of horror games. I would argue that Amnesia Machine for Pig was not that great. Dark Descent was much a much better game.
Far better games have been released in this genre (Dead Space Remake, Alien Isolation, Alan Wake 2 etc).
With Dead Cells co-developer at the helm, will The Rogue Prince of Persia possess the regal quality needed to reign supreme?
Yeah because PS4 and Xbox for the holidays have...............
Also, the Switch is selling a ton now (thanks to Pokemon and Smash coming up), I don't think you're gonna be correct.
Patcher? Well, that means the Switch will hit it's target. He is almost always wrong.
I thought to myself before reading the article “Michael Pachter must be behind this”.
Lo and behold I was right.
This is silly. What you're seeing is not the system losing relevance, it's that the first year was such a blowout year of sales and things are normalizing. It was the fastest selling system in history for many countries, it has already beat the XBox One in lifetime sales in some. It outpaced the sales of the Wii in that 1st year.
It hasn't sold as fast in this second year, but that doesn't mean it's not selling well. It just has stabilized more during the non-holiday months. Most sales data is only including sales up until September of this year. The big holiday rush and deep discounts have started and have already had reports of being the 2nd highest system in sales during this time, behind the PS4.
I just picked mine up at the beginning of this month. A secondary system to my PS4 I've had since launch. I got the Switch on an early Black Friday deal, "Black Weekend" they called it. €249.99; and they were selling like crazy.

Is this a piss take of some sort?
Modern industry thinking in a nutshell there. If it isn't selling a hundred zillion bizziion units and making ALL the money in the world, then it's a failure to these jokers. Absolute clown shoes article. Some people are stealing a living, and these idiots certainly prove that.
i don’t even recognize this subpar gadget as a thing, so, whatever floats your boats *shrugs*
