Its a lot harder than both DS and BB but in an akward kind of way with a bit more real time micro-management (stances).

The beta didnt win me over (it was just a beta, I know) but I will be getting it in the end since I m in love with this kind of games.

Difficulty felt like chalice dungeons

I found the levels themselves not bad at all. I learnt and got better pretty quick, but the bosses were way harder than Bloodborne or Souls. I had to resort to co-op for both bosses. But then again, I'm a bit of a noob.

I'm with Fei-hung here, it gets easier once you mastered and understand the combat and the different stances. Much like I had to do when I first played a souls game. But it was a struggle at first (as it is when you first start playing souls for a couple of hours) Then becomes like clockwork. Of course there's no telling what lies further in Nioh...

It's definitely harder when you're outnumbered, if you stick to 1v1 encounters then it's not really hard. Twilight mode is for people that want a greater challenge.

A gruellingly difficult 3rd person action rpg that is exclusive to PS4 and made by a 3rd party. Pretty similar.

Platinum'd Bloodborne and it was difficult, but Ni-Oh is a much harder game. However, you may be able to find a way to make it easier for yourself since the leveling/combat system is incredibly deep.

It's extremely hard, but incredibly addicting.

I would love a merger of DW and ROTK of sorts where you can be Kingdom and try to build it up but every battle is fought like DW style and you can have co-op and alliances and pvp with friends and other gamers.

If so they need to fix the coop mode for ng2 cause the port for vita made it an impossible platinum. Also fix NG3 a little bit more and also take the online multiplayer crap out.

Not feeling nioh after playing the demo. Something feels off about that game. Not sure if it's the stiff animation, controls or overall setting but totally not feeling it. That being said where the hell is dead or alive VR?
