Ni no Kuni 2...where are you?

-Foxtrot2822d ago

Yeah I'm wondering that aswell

Hopefully in the mean time they've redesigned the main character...

http://gematsu.com/wp-conte...

King?....or Queen?

Awful design.

nX2822d ago

Even if N4G seems to hate you, I agree he or she looks terrible for a main character.

-Foxtrot2822d ago

N4G does not "hate" me. It's like the same group of people who auto disagree and send silly PMs from time to time

I can't group everyone together

rainslacker2822d ago

I hate you. :)

Seriously though, it's not even the gender ambiguity that bothers me, it's that it's just such a bland design. Something more akin to what you'd see from an NPC or maybe a secondary character who doesn't have much to do with the plot. Heck, even the NPC's we've seen in the trailer have more interesting design in some cases.

LAWSON722822d ago (Edited 2822d ago )

It dont bother me to much he looks feminine because he is a little boy pampered in some big castle. The trailer showed him being a 'wimp'.

I personally would love to see his design change throughout the game to show his growth in character. IMO this would be a killer part of the game. This may not be the case if so I do agree that design is quite meh for a lead.

Bud, it's been a year since I heard that name. I don't know what's going on.

OtakuDJK1NG-Rory2822d ago

Don't think people in Japan really care about that much. They didn't for the first game when it was on DS and PS3.

NotEvenMyFinalForm2822d ago

Ni No Kuni 2 was announced last year, so I'd expect the game's still at least 1-2 years away from release based on the 4 years circle of development that most game seem to have these days.

LAWSON722822d ago (Edited 2822d ago )

Ni No Kuni 2 I believe had a release window in 2016 (dev estimate), so hopefully if all goes well it should be at least out before summer 17 though I

Good that people can finally play Horizon and give hands on impression.
Yea I expected TLG to be playable.

Rude-ro2822d ago

Was it not playable at E3? I remember a lot of hands on videos.

Sevir2822d ago

They had Pre E3 press hands on impressions... but it was never on the E3 show floor

The 10th Rider2822d ago

It was. A few places said it was rough around the edges, though the core game was fine. A polished demo would do them some good.

OB1Biker2822d ago (Edited 2822d ago )

I think it was behind closed doors but Ive just seen everyone can play the demo at pax so thats cool

Goldby2822d ago

Is it just me, or are some of the companies incorrect for the games being shown. Since when is Infinite Warfare a Sony interactive entertainment IP or Overwatch being made by Square Enix.

Roronoa04112822d ago

those games are published by Sony and Square Enix in Japan.

DragonDDark2822d ago

Thanks for the answer. I was confused as well

Sevir2822d ago

Yeah, Square and Sony Publish those games in Japan since Activision doesn't have a publishing arm in Japan.

Fullmetalevolust2822d ago

Great line up for the games that are indeed expected, can't wait for the surprises!
