Actually looks better than some of the later Metal Slug games.
I don't understand, who are those people who still develop games for systems that are since long dead, like the Neo Geo or the Dreamcast, and how do they even get the right from the HW makers, SNK and Sega respectively, to offer them for sale at retailers?

This seems too expensive and similar to metal slug to demand that kind of money.
