Wired Review: Operation Darkness Succeeds Despite Flaws

An alternate-history retelling of World War II in which magical Brits fight a Nazi force bolstered by ranks of vampires, zombies and other horror movie staples: If premise alone were enough to guarantee sales, Atlus' new Xbox 360 strategy role-playing title Operation Darkness would be the highest-selling game of all time.

It won't be, of course. But such awesome concepts naturally bring with them high expectations. Although it doesn't quite reach the sublime level of greatness that a vampire-Nazi game should, Operation Darkness is fun enough.
