his intro was hilarious..

Hes the shit!

HonestDragon4315d ago

Yeah, he's cool. The reason why I like Joe is the fact that he's very honest with his reviews, while he cracks jokes. Since his reviews are videos, you get to see the disappointment or excitement on his face with the games he reviews. He also mentions who may or may not like a game, but once something gets his Badass Seal of Approval you know it's a game he supports and recommends highly. I want to see if he reviews Darksiders 2 next.

Just looking for attention sigh.....this dude just trolls everything and he's not even funny IMO.

HonestDragon4315d ago

Just looking for attention? Joe has been reviewing video games and giving news on gaming for four years now. He helped launch blisteredthumbs.net and got his own site as well. If people knew he was looking for attention, then he wouldn't have many people following him and watching his show. Yes his humor won't click with everyone, but taste in humor is unique per person. Joe helps people save their money for good games. You can tell when a game frustrates him and when he despises it.

And how exactly is he being a troll? He plays the game, reviews it, and gives honest views. Just like anyone would who has ever picked up a controller and played a game. Personally, I trust him, some contributors here, and Gametrailers over IGN, Game Informer, and Metacritic any day.

If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. Be constructive in your criticisms and ideas. Don't make accusations toward someone who is clearly doing their job. If you resort to name calling, then you're being offensive for nothing. It's no wonder how some people are reduced to one bubble here, but makes perfect sense when you see their comment history.

It's A Crime That There's No Sleeping Dogs 2 Yet

Huzaifah from eXputer: "Sleeping Dogs from the early 2010s is one of the best open-world games out there but in dire need of a resurgence."

LG_Fox_Brazil53d ago

I agree, I consider the first one a cult classic already

isarai53d ago

You say "yet" as if it's even possible anymore. United Front Games is gone, along with anyone that made this game what it is

CrimsonWing6952d ago

That’s what happens when games sell poorly. And I’ve seen people wonder why people cry when a game sells badly… this is your answer.

solideagle52d ago

Majority of the time it's true but if a company/publisher is big (in terms of money), they can take a hit or 2. e.g. I am not worried about Rebirth sales as Square will make Remake 3 anyway but if FF 17 doesn't sell then Square might need to look for alternative. <-- my humble opinion

Abnor_Mal52d ago

Doesn’t Microsoft own the IP now since they acquired Activision?

DaReapa52d ago

No. Square Enix owns the IP.

Abnor_Mal52d ago

Oh okay, Activision owned True Crime, but when that didn’t sell as intended it was canceled. Six months later Square Enix bought the rights and changed the title to Sleeping Dogs.*

Sleeping Dogs was a sleeper hit back then. It was fantastic. It actually still is. Would love a sequel to this, or at least a revive of True Crime series.

watching the video is better then going through 31 pages of gamingbolt.

Do they explain in the video why there are two numbers 3? Starfield and Tears of the Kingdom?

It's always refreshing to see games embracing the streaming community.

Bloodborne is a game I still restart and play every few months. I would welcome just a re release in 60fps with a visual upgrade. It's a perfect game. If I was king for a day I would include the randomizer mods because then it would be a kind of rogue like and I could play it forever.

gleepot399d ago

Sure, ill take a sequel to all of these.
