Modern Warfare 3 gets nearly 3 minutes of Paris survival mode gameplay video

Well, it looks like call of duty. Just like battlefield still looks like battlefield. I like the addition of this co-op mode. Means I won't be hogging online multiplayer all the time.

I think COD series is the new Counterstrike of this gen. No matter how you look at it, the gameplay will always be spot on. As in, if you're looking for a good FPS that has the fun-ometer at the highest level possible then it's COD.

You can't take that away from this franchise.

Now, is it being milked? Yes. Are we still buying it? Yes.

Why? Cause we are gamers, and as long as they don't remove anything major from the new title releases and keep the fundamentals while at the same time adding new features then i see no reason for us to stop supporting a franchise that has brought so much joy to FPS lovers.

But i sincerely wished that they would offer only the online portion of the game for like 19$ and still have the regular version with both single player and online for 49$.

That would be awesome if they did that, but there is the expectation that a retail game has to have a single player portion. I mean, I have people on my friends list who I've only ever seen playing the single player campaign because they're scared of trying it online. I don't know, though.

I think (Most people would hate this) it would be good if they just called the next one call of duty: online and just used that as a platform to put all their maps and guns on and just give us expansions/map packs all the time. I think then the people complaining about call of duty being milked would then shut up because they could make that game last a few years if it were done well.

The only thing I'm leary of is Call of Duty Elite. I'm worried that it will split the community, and that without purchasing the subscription the game will be bare bones.

Bad Company 2 looks better than BF3 to be honest. So MW3 looking similar to MW2 is a plus.

What .. like fun? I think it looks better than Black Ops, as well.
And, that particular 'map,' the city, I think looks rather awesome.
Also, I love the spec ops missions from Modern Warfare 2; I finished them all.
I also hope, though, that the missions are difficult like MW2; or even more so.

Day 1 for me, ppl say that it look like mw2 it's suppose too,look at bf3 looks,acts and plays like bf2 why cause it's battlefield I can sa da same for uc3 ,halo..and so on when I get a cod I want a cod game not bf and likewise...I look forward to dark souls...surprise it looks just like demon souls...hmmmmmmm wonder why

I think that looked awful. I am not talking about the graphics, the ai is just horrible. The guy got caught reloading his shotgun and the enemy couldn't even shoot him from like 3 feet away. A little after that he does get shot point blank but just hits the guy and kills him. Might as well be fighting against cardboard popups.

There's no way BF3 can compete with modern warfare 3. I played the demo and it was TERRIBLE! The MW3 spec ops in paris looks pretty good and I won't be missing the zombies at all. I found the playable modern warfare 3 characters at http://mwarfare3.com. There is a rumor I heard that there will be a way to play as Ghost, but I don't see how that would happen.
