Multiversus Goes Open Beta

Now the game is open for all to try. Warner Bros. Games today announced the Open Beta for MultiVersus, the all-new free-to-play platform fighter videogame in development by Player First Games, is now available in the Americas, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

The various styles of play for each character is fun.

Agreed, it's the perfect answer to Smash for those who don't own a Switch and it offers a lot with it's emphasis on 2v2 for even Smash fans. I'm having a blast and glad my friend recommended it as I dismissed it as a children's smash clone.

Also a nice little laugh for us brits, they have a skin called Uncle Shagsworthy.

I'm interested in this game but I haven't been following it. I was always under the impression it was free to play but they're charging £32 on the PS store?

That was for early access should be free starting today

It's f2p with fair monetization from what I've seen so far, played about 5 games against the ai and already have enough currency to buy my first character.
