During today’s financial conference call, Activision Blizzard executives announced delays for Diablo IV and Overwatch 2.

Blizzard Entertainment has recently announced the discontinuation of the Hero Mastery Gauntlet mode in Overwatch 2.
They will probably focus 100% on the pvp because if Marvel Rivals steals their spot it will be very hard to recover it
Marvels IP roster is much more interesting than overwatch's... and I'm willing to bet a better developer than actvision/blizzard. If Rivals has a PvE mode its over.
The High Heavens is an important location to the Diablo franchise, but whether Diablo 4 should return to the location in the future is controversial.
Is Diablo IV worth it for the Single-Player experience today? I understand it has got many patches and improvements.

They did it because they'd rather try and do as much damage control as they can before these release so it won't impact sales. Hoping people will forget about what happened so they are more likely to give them a sale day one.
