Remember Starfield? Every time Xbox releases an exclusive game this is how it is. Overly-scrutinized. I bet in 5 months there will still be articles coming out about how Hellblade was a disaster.
Still it got the same scores as Helldivers and Stellar Blade. Shrug emote.
And 8 is now a bad score? It's currently higher on metacritic than Stellar Blade, and has the same score as Helldivers 2.
If it's anything like the first game, you will spend a lot of timing walking and solving puzzles, with some fights thrown in.
I'm not sure why everyone is acting like COD is a surprise. That was always the plan. They said in court during the FTC case they were doing this. They have said repeatedly and recently all first party games are going to Gamepass.
If they were exclusive you could just buy an Xbox or a PC and not lock yourself to one platform. The only reason you can't play them is your allegiance to a plastic box.
Why are we still listening to insiders and writing clickbait articles. It COULD happen. Anything COULD happen. Wait for official confirmation.
All the games Sony is releasing on PC 2 years later aren't performing well. If they had put Spider-Man 2 day one on PC it would have sold millions on there.
The game they released on PC day 1 is crushing it? No way.
Sony was literally revoking the game from people who bought it. They made linking mandatory 3 months after the game came out in countries where you literally cannot link an account. It isn't hard to understand why people got mad. Stop doing what aboutisms. It's not the same at all.
Those other companies didn't make logging in a requirement 3 months after the game came out in regions where they sold they game and you literally can't log in. Then they stripped the game from 177 countries. What Sony did was the most boneheaded thing.
Seriously, or release a broken product day 1 with the promise to fix it later. Imagine buying a new refrigerator and the ice maker and light don't work, and they say "we'll send a guy out to your house in 2 months to fix it." Gaming is the only industry where this is accepted.
They gotta give out refunds. I have no idea what you do for people who bought the game physically though. But something has to be done about this.
All Playstation influencers do is talk about how much they hate Xbox. They never talk about Playstation. They're obsessed.
They sell less because by the time they reach PC they're old news. If they had put out Spider-Man 2 day 1 on PC it would have double its sales.
Gamepass derangement syndrome is a real thing.
Everyone company buys stuff to increase revenue. Sony bought Insomniac, Bungie and Naughty Dog. Imagine Sony without those Spider-Man games provided by Marvel and Insomniac.
I'd love that. A mode where you have like 12 Helldivers would be badass.
Unreal Engine isn't efficient for open world games, so I question the reliability of this story.
Yeah the part with the giant in the cave they showed a while back is in the game and looks as good, as seen in the video.
