I get you, at the same time though, I don't mind having bad graphics in return for extended gameplay.
there are a number of good split-screen games, yes but the question is: are there enough of them?
Totally, it should come as a standard feature - how difficult would it really be to implement.
I wouldn't even mind paying a little for it as DLC if they had to develop it post-release, when i've got mates round my game library suddenly becomes very limited.
Old skool multiplayer is dead.
Long live new multiplayer?
traitors.
Sweet looking game. Awful, awful name.
Looks like it would get tiresome after about 5 minutes, don't know about you.
Yes, I can finally imagine I'm Ringo Starr.
Hang on, nobody wants that.
While I agree with you in part, it's just ignorant to put everyone inspired by these games in the same box. I started learning guitar before I played Rock Band/Guitar Hero but I was put off due to a combination of reasons - the main being that I was using a terrible no-name brand guitar.
I've always loved music but it was only after I got into Guitar Hero type games that I decided to take up guitar again as a serious thing. I'm also a better guitarist for it, learning techniques ...
What is it with famous people slamming these games of which they seem to know little to nothing about. Same goes for those promoting the games - we're buying it whether you support it or not. What we're not buying is your bullshit trying to tell us what to do. We get it, you're famous, now leave us alone and we'll leave you to your riches.
Hmm... another zombie game. whouda thunk it? Entirely expected yet i'm still intrigued. The critic in me says NO but the zombie in me says BRAAAAINS.
I'm starting to get bored of Nazi Zombies so this looks like a worthy distraction until the Winter release onslaught.
I agree 100%. What's the point of gaming with others if you can't actually interact with them. I want to convey my pwnage at a closer degree than behind a screen.
Oh, and it's less about the winning if you are really gaming against a physical friend.
Great review - With most sports games I like to stay a year or two behind, as you can pick up what's practically the same game for pittance. I'm not that into sport so roster changes aren't at all important to me.
The only sports game I always keep up to date with though is Fight Night. It's one of the only sports titles that innovates and evolves significantly between each release.
Ooh, I love Raven Software's other games so this should be awesome!
I'm getting tired of all these awesome PSN/XBL exclusives.
Hmm, let's hope their not ahead of their time. We don't need another Dreamcast.
ah man, there aren't any good samurai, ninja or pirate video-games anymore are there?
Great to see the old formula back!
Sounds like a gamble. Either you break your TV, or Daniel Day-Lewis drinks up all your milkshake.
A lose-lose situation.
he'd better - Microsoft should at least wait until Kinect is released before breaking all their promises. Fools.
