they are actually. you should go outside of n4g every so often for news.
it depends on your time zone. i'm in cali and it's 9pm for me as well which is 12am on the east coast...if you don't have time to play it at 9pm then just play it tomorrow or when you do have time. it's not like it's some beta trial which gives you a particular window to play before they pull it. it's pointless to stress or even be disappointed because you don't have time as soon as it's available. i for one bought jedi fallen order back in december. it's s...
aside from the actual streaming hiccups they currently have; even if stadia managed to be flawless out of the gate with 4k everything, it still doesn't have enough to entice gamers to give it a try. launching with 12 games is ridiculous, and not even great games at that. open it up to more devices from day 1 and not just pixel,..what they should have done to give them at least a chance is offer collectors editions/all dlc of ALL the games offered...for less than the retail price of their ...
i think microsoft is doing things right with xcloud. slowing putting games in and slowly expanding the user base from country to country until they know for sure that their servers can handle the load before coming out of beta...unlike stadia which is making you pay to beta test their servers...and as such they are getting bad experiences from users already.
shaggy, unlike most in here, actually gets the vision, the plan, the strategy.
tekiz, on the other hand, doesn't get it at all...he believes that anyone that makes games should do so on one thing only, even if it means consumers spending 100's of dollars on that one thing. people like him believe if you can't afford an expensive console then too bad, or save some of your hard earned money for months so you can play the 1 or 2 games that you believe are "mus...
they had a good opportunity to announce a major discount for the current elite controller right after announcing this improved version..like $80 would have been good.
@killbill.... i didn't say "support the developers"? really? that's the big difference to you?🙄.... as if that's going to be the defacto argument to pursuade anyone into buying a game. get real...
do people decide to buy their clothes contemplating on whether they should support the designers? do people buy their food and think to themselves " I'll do it to support farners" and not because i'm actually hungry...
i believe he meant in terms of quality of games and not the amount.
....or he can just look at the tagged games under the headline, that's usually a good indicator as to what games they are referring and he won't have to click anything.
you don't say?🙄
yeah there is. it says 2 hours ago next to my name.
didn't i just say that?
well they do have a section on gamepass with games that will be leaving that month in case you want to play them before they're gone...if you want to keep a game from gamepass they do let you buy it with a discount...most games stay in there for a fairly long time, some for a year or more...the smart way to use gamepass is simply by looking at the price of a game...if you plan to play the game and you think it's going to take you over a month to finish, if the price is less than $10 t...
...and they just added gamepass pc to that bundle, which contains a lot of pc only games.
@fallenangel...maybe a lot of people don't, but some do indeed subscribe for the free games only, like me...once i get the games that interest me then i let my month expire.
that's 2 questions....the platform will be chrome, and any device that can run chrome....the controller is simply an optimized controller dedicated to stadia but you can use any pc/blu-tooth controller.
psnow - not all games can be downloaded, and it costs a lot more than gamepass, some of the games offered can be found for a lot less than the actual subscription of the service so i wouldn't really compare the two....especially when gamepass offers new games on release day and constantly offers $1 deals
i think it's hilarious that people are getting upset about having OPTIONS. 😄.... how many music streaming services do we currently have? i'd venture to say roughly, about 15. how many movie/tv services do we have, probably around 20 or more (legit ones anyway)....
how many people actually subscribes to every single one of them? I'm betting less than 5%....so how is gaming going to be any different?...it's not, get over yourselves.🙄.... player 1 will bu...
well i don't know what The Force Awakens 2 is but the Force Unleashed 2 was a pretty good game in my book too, although the 1st one was much better...anyhow, i don't remember any dismemberment in that game or any star wars games for that matter (minus the lego ones which is enforced cause they're legos)😋.
but you can stream games you own right now. microsoft separated that feature from xcloud and is now a separate app....you can sideload it on your firestick and take it anywhere.
