The first Hellblade had an all time peak of 5,653 concurrent players on STEAM. I´m positive that even been available on PC Gamepass day one, Hellblade II will easily beat that number and you´ll be called out on your bs predictions.

Babylon´s Fall, Forspoken, Foamstars, FF: XVI and lastly FF: Rebirth and Rise of Ronin, all of those games underperformed in some level despite the technical quality and critical acclaim.
Going exclusive with Playstation turn out to be yet another bad decision in this case.
It´s not the PS4 era anymore and the new PS Plus is clearly taking its tool on games sales on PS5 too.
Not nearly as harsh as Gamepass on Xbox mind you, but clearly strong enough to have a negative impact on gaming companies perception on exclusivity with one platform going forward. Especially regarding AAA games.

I´ve paid for Starfield´s Premium Edition to get early access to the game, plus Shattered Space expansion.
I don´t regret my decision and I mighty pay for it again to get early access to Fable and TESVI.

Not really.
In some cases, paying for early access will grant you access to play those games at the same time media outlets and reviewers are playing their copies.
Besides, it´s a single player game. It´s not like early access to MP competitive games like Battlefield which EA would grant a full week early access to those willing to pay; which gives...
That´s unfortunate. It´s Square´s most critically acclaimed Final Fantasy game in a long time.
As of late, going exclusive with PS5 hasn't been doing SE´s games any favors.
This game was supposed to be the biggest release of the year, but sadly, it ain´t getting much love from PS gamers.

Why would I be worried about Xbox and their future? We have more first party games coming that I can count on both hands. In fact, we already have a clear roadmap for Xbox first party games until 2028 at the very least, releasing 4 first party games per year minimum.

Well, with no first party in sigh at least until May 2025 and all this LS focus, Sony definitely needs to do something to appease it´s core fanbase and have PS5 owners excited again.
Hopefully they´ll announce/reveal whatever is next for Santa Monica, Bend, Sucker Punch, Bluepoint Games and Team Asobi.
