Imo, MS separated from TFB because they didn´t had a game associated with Xbox yet, unlike Tango.

Perhaps because Zenimax and ABK handles such matters differently based on their own internal policies as "independent" publishers.

Not at all. According to Digital Foundry, Hellblade II is the most technical advanced game of the current generation, which is nothing but proof that both Gamepass and Xbox Series S aren´t hindered games development at Xbox Studios at all.

Grasping at straws I see.
In the video John literally says that FSR 3´s implementation on Xbox Series X is far better than the PC version on release, and they are very impressed with the results. Especially considering that they didn´t even expect such performance to be possible achieved from 30fps. Not even AMD itself recommends 30fps for frame generation.

Well, the fact that Phil went all the way up from head of studios to CEO of MS gaming and Xbox is now MS´s third biggest business ahead of Windows since Gamepass got released, should give you a clue.
Also, despite previous rumors, we´ll continue to get AAA first party games day one on Gamepass! COD *INCLUDED* (not that I care about that franchise, mind you).
Ninja Theory simply turned what once already looked incredible into something unthinkable!
I´m having a really hard time thinking about how The Coalition can possible best Hellblade II graphics with Gears of War 6, even knowing they´re UE5 wizards.
