I played 8 of those.
Also PS5 accounted for practically half of the consoles sold during the month.
Good to see both Yakuza and Star Ocean doing well.
Legend of Heroes series.
"In terms of consoles, hardware sales were up 34% over Black Friday 2022, and this was driven by the Playstation 5. PS5 was in limited supply in 2022, and as a result PS5's Black Friday performance is 217% up compared with the year before."
It was also the biggest sales week for PS5 outside of its launch week: https://twitter.com/Chris_D...
Looks great!
Looking forward to this!
Yeah no shit, one of the reasons I only buy physical games.
Why?
Kind of worried this game will be overshadowed since it releases so close to FF7 Rebirth and Persona 3 Reload (especially the latter, which launches the next day).
As someone who played Gears 5, Quantum Break and Death Stranding, yeah, Death Stranding is indeed the better game. In my opinion of course.
Not just Gamepass (which probably isn't going to happen) but first party games as well (which is more likely to happen).
But 'Xbox' doesn't necessarily have to mean a physical console. It can encompass all Microsoft's efforts in gaming. From their own words, it does seem like releasing their games as multiplatform is something they're planning in the future. It makes sense, too, because they own many big studios and IPs, but their own hardware sales are lacking. They can make more money by releasing their games on all platforms, so why wouldn't they?
This comes out in the same month as both Persona 3 Reload and FF7 Rebirth. Crowded month for JRPGs.
@ BeHunted: but at least I have the option to buy physical games, where different stores are competing against each other which means lower prices. I don't but digital games so that's not my problem to be honest.
My latest purchases were:
Forspoken for €15 (€32 in the PS Store)
Tactics Ogre Reborn for €25 (same price in the PS Store)
Valkyrie Elysium for €20 (€70 in the PS Store)
I will if they release a physical version.
I've owned every Xbox up until the Series. There's just no reason to get one imo.
12 games, 521 hours, 339 trophies. Not bad.
Most played game was The Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure with 134 hours.
