I also have some of the Yokai Watch games, but also the PAL versions which don't seem to be that valuable.
I have Fire Emblem Fates LE, the European one. Not sure if it's as valuable as the US version, but it certainly was in high demand.

To be fair Ubisoft is easily one of the worst publishers when it comes to this stuff. For example their Avatar game required an internet connection to play. But yeah, luckily most other publishers are doing better.
The expectations are also Microsoft's fault, because they overhyped the game to ridiculous proportions. They actually went on stage and declared it 'one of the most important RPGs ever made'.
Thinking of picking it up as well. I believe the reviews are coming the 31st.
