This is a shame. I like Capcom a lot, I like their games, but these business practices need to stop.
Very good news! I will keep playing them.
Call of Duty just has a wider appeal. It's very easy to pick up and play, whereas MGS is more complex and requires more learning. So it's not surprising CoD sells more, but these MGS sales are very impressive in their own right.
Well, they make enough money to keep creating games, so it's not really a problem I think.
Yes you can.
In Japan Peace Walker was a separate release for the console HD Collection as well. So maybe all three games will be bundled for the US and Europe, who knows.
@ OptimisticPrime: It's multiplatform, so it might be. But I don't think it has been confirmed for Vita yet (maybe it will make use of transfarring).
The Fox Engine is being used for Project Ogre and probably the next Metal Gear Solid as well. I'm not sure if they are using it for Rising.
I doubt the graphics will actually look like this, but maybe for the next gen consoles (since the Fox Engine is supposedly scalable to next gen).
Yeah, I just hope Kojima does the writing (and the directing).
Yep, that's something I thought of as well. Since the dog in the recently released artwork is a Rhodesian Ridgeback, and Naomi was from Rhodesia. By the way, Gray Fox was also there, so this could be good. ;)
Here they have the crouching Old Snake, if that's what you mean, and it's pretty cheap:

They also have the Gray Fox and Solid Snake 25th Anniversary, but those are expensive.
I'm not sure if you can get them yet outside of Japan. This Raiden and Solidus figure are still in development too.
Many great MGS statues in the making, hopefully they will be somewhat affordable.
This is probably Fox Engine related. A while ago Kojima posted similar pictures on his Twitter about this character capturing technique.
Or Kojima does a HALO jump.
It should also be taken into account that every game from Kojima Productions will be multiplatform from now on (at least, that's the idea with the Fox Engine). Kojima himself is working on Project Ogre, and who knows what the rest of the staff is working on, aside from Rising.
It could have something to do with next gen systems indeed. That's not too unlikely.
Assassin's Creed 3 for Wii U, interesting.
Huh? What are you talking about?
