Acting like dev's aren't tied to a franchise for a while. Gears for Coalition, Halo for 343, Turn 10 has forza, playground has forza... Insomniac making 3 Spiderman games so far (with a ratchet in between fyi) doesn't even register as enough let alone too many. They are making the games they want to. It was not forced upon them.
Why would they want out of this success? Most devs would do anything for sales like this. Do you not have pride in the work you do?

None...stupid to say there are any. It's literally using UE5 more than any other game so far by a wide margin. I'll say it again though, graphics like these cause you to have tradeoffs, let's see if anyone can make an open world or even a wide linear game with these graphics. As it is this is as impressive as any racing games graphics, for the genre.
I'd say a few on this list are more impressive for the whole package, but not solely for graphics.

The graphics were pushed to a degree that left very little wiggle room for other systems. This is an experience.
What a troll comment... this is a targeted graphics priority game...the graphics telling a specific story is what they set out to make. MS and Sony's other studios could have created the same thing had they targeted it... Ninja theory isn't exactly known for their technical excellence in graphics up to this point. They just have the benefit of being the first to target this type of game with UE5...which I'm hoping xbox players buy, as they typical insult playstation for releasing ...
I mean best looking game of all time so far imho...that said, that is all that we know. It's a set goal that is easy to achieve if you are not getting bogged down in physics, ai, and other power hungry operations. Most dev's have more they are going for then just the best graphics. Also this is one of the first true Unreal Engine 5 games that is pushing the said graphics aspect. UE always looks damn good for each iteration.

Bethesda doesnt have a history of supporting their games after paid dlc ends for very long...certainly not in the realm of no mans sky's free ( all of them) updates and additions.
Not proud of it, but Im addicted to collecting the collectors statues...was hoping they wouldn't have one this time...no such luck.

Havent seen any decisions since the buyout that lead me to believe MS knows what to do with them either . Easiest one would have to be the fallout 4 upgrade...with minimal effort it could have been a big win for leadership...but nope we got a standard Bethesda release for a patch.

40 fps ultra is pretty nice though...just wish lods were ultra too...this was a huge chance for ms to show why they are better keepers of bethesda games than bethesda, and they didnt...if support for fallout 4 ends without the unofficial patch becoming baseline built in, then MS will prove it is all pr no substance.
They probably ran into the same problem they did with the potential of last of us factions....the support needed was just too much to consider expanding to more platforms for a smallish studio.
