A Hat in Time is a pretty decent game. I'm playing it now
The multiplayer could be released separately if they wanted to. If it's really free for everybody then it doesn't need to be included in the game
@theproblem
Both consoles are going to sell out this holiday like they do at the start of every generation
I don't think they'd raise it over $10, same as console
They may eliminate month to month for that reason. People will pay for one month and get a year's worth of first party titles. MS is taking notice and I'm sure they'll make some changes, such as selling GP in 3, 6, and 12 month packages.
They are continuing the One S like Sony is continuing the PS4. There are people who might want to buy one of those consoles next year or the year after.
I enjoyed NOLF.
The CPU and SSD will allow for next-gen game design, the GPU would target 1080p, which would require a fraction of the power needed for 4k.
@CBaoth
"They should've discontinued the 1S and kept 1X going as the cheaper alternative to the Series X."
The One X doesn't have an SSD or Zen 2, it would hinder the entire generation instead of only a year or two.
Lol, I didn't mean literally everybody who owns a mobile phone. Damn, lighten up
I think the difference is people usually play phone games a few minutes here and there, not 8 hours straight. Even access to 100 games isn't worth it for most people.
Nobody is going to pay $15 per month to stream games on their phone when most won't even pay $5 for a phone game.
I played this on PC and I'm curious to know how it'll look on series x and ps5
I hate to quote Stevivor, however Phil said the IP is owned by another company.
"“The problem with 1 vs 100 specifically is it’s an IP that’s owned by a a game show company. But I’ll say Matt [Booty, head of Xbox Game Studios] and I have had a lot of discussions about the idea, whether it’s that IP specifically or just the idea of what it was, is something that we’d love to go do,” Spencer continued." 1392d ago 1 agree1 disagreeView comment
Valve has had early access on Steam since 2013. Kickstarter games which give supporters beta versions have been around since Kickstarter began. People who are interested in games can buy them early and provide feedback and make suggestions. This isn't an idea MS came up with for Game Pass to release games early
@Christopher
I forgot Nvidia streaming was a thing, honestly. I was aware of some publishers pulling their content, but I never read anything about MS. I haven't seen any articles about nvidia in months.
I think you are missing the point of my comment. I wasn't talking about MS and Apple with xcloud, I was replying to a comment about companies supporting competing services on their platforms. I don't even care about xcloud, I don't subscribe to...
"Microsoft doesn't care if you buy their console" is something journalists came up with, there is no quote from MS saying they don't care.
Can you stream to your console? I didn't know that was an option.
Yeah it's not an amazing platformer, but it's not horrible
