Maybe if it were being designed for PS3, then ported to 360, like they did with PS2 and Xbox in the past.
But I think they're designing it multi-platform this time, so probably not.
Although it would be cool if they took advantage of the cell for shading like in Oblivion, even though Oblivion was a PS3 port, it utilized a different (more cell based I believe) shader for the PS3, but I'm guessing R* probably didn't do that, so just my guess for now.
I thought it looked fantastic when they released the trailer, but now some of the pictures look pretty good and some just look cartoony like in Crackdown. The cars don't look that good really, and I'm a tad bit disappointed. All I have to say is that it better have a good online mode or I'm not planning on buying it.
The PS3 isn't far behind the PS2 in sales at this time, and is way ahead of where the PS1 was at this time, and we all know how well the PS1 and PS2 did. Sony has this in the bag, because they're very smart and I don't want to underestimate Microsoft or Nintendo, but Sony really is set up for a win.

I want to upgrade my psp, but losing Pokemon would be a big bummer. Homebrew can do so much cool stuff, but i'd be too afraid to connect it to my PS3 if it has a custom firmware and homebrew on it. At $170 though, I might just think about buying a new one to connect to my PS3. Content streaming while at school, or in Europe, is just awesome.

I'll have to disagree there, because Halo was the game that turned me towards hardcore gaming and made me buy an Xbox. I'm not a 360 fan, and maybe the power brick is a little bit annoying, but that's not keeping them from buying this console. There's nothing keeping them from buying the PS3 and it will pick up steam i time as games that the Japanese like come out.
What's holding back the 360 is 2 things. One, the games for it are distinctly western style and while I don't claim to know a lot about Japanese culture, I don't think the games for the 360 have much appeal. And two, ethnocentricity....
The xbox 360 is tri-core running at 3.2 GHz. The PS3 has 1 main and 7 SPE's (synergistic processing elements)(which do all the computing) all running at 3.2 GHz. Even if you have the best top notch processor, that's quad-core running at 3.2 GHz each, that's still just a bit more powerful than the 360 and not as powerful as the PS3.

The Cryengine2 was soooooooo powerful, it made me cry that crysis is going to be a pc exclusive. On those faces, I honestly thought they were real. Every little dip and divet in their faces COMPLETELY accurately portrayed. Bags under their eyes. Lips look realistic. If the heads were attached to a body, I wouldn't have a clue. It's ridiculous that certain regions get more/less games than other regions. I mean, ESPECIALLY now that the PS3 has no region block, there's absolutely no reason not to port a PAL game to NTSC, even if it's downscaled a little bit. Also, since all games have to have 720p, there's even more NO (legitimate) REASON to withhold a game from a region. The wifi is very useful. The HDD is very useful. The Blu-ray is a gamble, that I'm betting will win. The backwards compatibility is very useful. The free online is very useful. I don't care how many consoles you sell. That's why I'm not a fanboy. I had an xbox and a PS2, and for a while I played my PS2, but when Halo came out and especially after Halo 2, my PS2 had to shove over, 'cause I only have one A/V input. Yes, the PS2 killed the Xbox in sales and in money made and on the charts and in the figures, but I'm not an investor. I don't give a crap how much money they make, I give a crap about the games, and Xbox had better games in my opinion. And it could do that...
