"Console ports can generally go one of two ways. They can either go well and spawn a new audience for the developer and its IP, or they can go the Quake Wars way, and pretty much tarnish what was once an excellent game.
The Brink and Quake Wars dev are acutely aware of that fact and it’s why they opted to develop the console version of Brink in-house. You know, because they didn’t want another Quake Wars scenario, but that transition wasn’t easy, as Neil Alphonso explained to us last week in Utah."
AAA games get all the attention. But some games get lost in the shuffle. Especially shooters! Make time for these five.
I didnt care for brink. I thought it was going to be like overwatch back in the day.
It’s time to Switch to Brink before taking 12 Orbits around Letters from Whitechapel? That sort of works.
Six years later, and the game is available to anyone who wants it on PC.
Can't wait for that game. I want it to be good, please be !
Got it on direct2drive, 25€ with RABBIT code
now, this is a fresh fps
Wow I forgot all about this game
Brink is looking to be fantastic. I honestly believe it could take a big portion of gamers from other online arenas.
Shame the single player looks like a load of crappy ut3 style arena matches. Multiplayer looks like a blast though
