I agree with what you said, but the only thing more i would ask for, is that they fix it finally so that it doesnt happen anymore. That would be the ultimate goal, it would save them money and save us the hassle of going through it. But otherwise, this is a much better policy than their old policy. Now just hurry it up and give me back my money, and how bout giving me 2 free months of Live for the month and a half that i've been out of commission

Seriously Sony fans, can't we give this a rest already? We all know that the 360 has reliability issues. MS admitted it and gave us all a 3 year warrenty. Do we need to clutter up this site with 5 articles per day on the subject? Please stop approving this stuff!

I'm sure people are stating to get fed up with changing 360 all the time and going to be looking into other console, like PS3 or Wii. With the warranty it more assuring but still you lose your 360 for 4 to 3 weeks or more to get it repaired, what is a long wait. I'm sure that pisses people off. I hope it doesn't happen to me!

This red light news has been milked enough, I think it's dead from all the fanboys grabing at it's udder.

My 360 works fine and I'll leave it at that.

I know, I'm sick of it too. Mine works, if it goes out, free shipping and repair for 3 years. Wish it was like that when I got my first ps2.. I went through 4 of those things.

i found a fullproof plan to fixing the red light of death on accident.. the key is a slab of thick wood on the bottom of the 360 ... ,ake a hole on the bottom of the case.. and about 6inc by 7inc
and the put a 6/7 piece of oak wood or any kind of wood. and place it on a wooden cabinent... this works... my system was red then i tried this out of curiousity and to my disbalieve it works.... and i have not had to take it back to the shop yet.... i think the reason it works is because the wood absorbs the heat and takes a lot longer to heat up then metal....
