Heck, PSP even got FF VII now. PSP is a much better multimedia console and it even rivals ipods. PS store, awesome online play ( resistance retribution, syphon filter etc etc ) and internet surfing ( yes, I'm pointing at handheld porn. )

So I'd easily go for the PSP.

Seen the fact that 95% of all multiplatform games look and play worst on the PS3, I guess this game even looks better then about all PS3 games but a few.

ps3 is maxed out, and "consoles" are weak, if sony is smart enough to build a handheld machine that can put out visuals like that, then there is no way in the world that ps3 is anywhere near maxed out, in addition to the visuals sony has already shown off on the machine

Damage Modeling? Dude since when has the GT series been anything outside of the normal good graphics? You'd be lucky if you can even change the color of the car in this game.
